My app launched 2 weeks ago and is converting 15%+ of downloads into paid users… Most apps dream of this. Here’s EXACTLY what’s driving it 1. Instant value before asking anything → Users see a result in the first 3 seconds, so they trust the us immediately. 2. Hyper-clear promise → We instantly communicates a specific outcome (not features), like a direct transformation. 3. Feels personal → The experience adapts to the user so it doesn’t feel generic, like it was actually built for their situation. 4. Low-friction paywall with high perceived value → The upgrade feels like unlocking a result, not buying access—so paying feels obvious, not forced. Keep onboarding under 15 screens max. Less thinking, more showing. If you need more than that, you’re explaining too much.
