Step 1: Take meds, set pomodoro timer, ready to hunker down and study. Step 2: Open YouTube for Mozart for Study (cause I'm cool like that). Step 3: Proceed to marathon Twins the New Trend videos. Step 4: Texting #adhd #NeurodiverseSquad

Productivity anxiety is a vicious cycle. I’ve been trapped in it more times than I can count. Anyone else feel the same?

Whoever said this does NOT speak for all of us. #NeurodiverseSquad is about inclusivity and shared experiences. If it feels like home, you belong. You’re always welcome here — we’re so glad you’re back! 💖

They say #NeurodiverseSquad is not prone to asking for help or advice. Could it be because help and advice have been denied EVERY SINGLE TIME that we've been literally crying for a proper guidance?

After doing my first set of videos a few months ago I’ve been really struggling to get started on anymore. I enjoy giving advice, but I think I want to switch to a different type of content. #ADHD #Dyslexia #neurodiversesquad

People who were deeply entrenched in a depressive hopeless mindset, what caused the initial spark that helped you improve? Snapping out of any mindset is hard especially a hopeless one. My guess is that its always an external factor, probably other people. #neurodiversesquad

hey #neurodiversesquad, a good and much younger friend of mine thinks she may have #ADHD based on my experience, and we're sifting through things together. What do you wish you had known in that early "wait, is this me??" stage?

Let's talk about shame quick, #neurodiversesquad. We talk about ADHD symptoms often, and I think that it is important to note that our symptoms are like fingerprints; ADHD affects us all differently. One thing I've spotted as a unifying factor? Shame. Very few of us escape it.

Hey #NeurodiverseSquad! Working on a new comic (🎉) and would love your input on any of these: 😤 What are frustrating misconceptions about #ADHD? 🤔 What do you wish neurotypical people TRULY understood? 😰 What emotions do you feel on the regular that they just don’t get?

#neurodiversesquad - have you ever had to explain to a loved one why a job they thought would be great for you isn’t doable because of your ADHD? What did you tell them/how did you explain your limits? Were they understanding of your limits, or not?
