Podcastistan is so stupid words fail me. Truly, I don’t have the words to describe this level of idiocy. The problem is that our politicians need to understand how to actually respond. The report in question in this clip uses casualty figures from the terrorist organization named Hamas. In March 2025, the Gaza Health Ministry’s updated casualty list dropped names that had been on its August and October 2024 lists. Roughly 3,400 previously listed deaths were gone, including about 1,000 to 1,080 children. Now they were caught, and so their response was that they were being very honest and updating their records, but have they not been caught in real time I guarantee you none of us would’ve heard about this. The Human Rights Council created this specific in May 2021 with an open-ended mandate to investigate Israel, and its own expert on Palestine is mandated only to investigate “Israel’s violations,” not violations by the Palestinian Authority or Hamas. So I need you to read that again. The entire purpose of this commission is to only investigate Israel, not Hamas. A body structurally instructed to look at one side’s conduct and not the other’s cannot produce a finding about who is responsible for what, because it is forbidden from examining half the battlefield. It is literally built to take the word of terrorists and launder it through the United Nations to build a narrative that Israel is committing a genocide because Hamas went so far far this time around with the hostages that the only way to continue this farce on the western world of idiots is to call what Israel is doing a genocide. The report then says Israel targeted children directly by shooting at their vital organs using precision weapons such as quadcopters and snipers, and through use of high impact weapons causing widespread attacks on residential buildings, schools, and displacement camps. The first statement (a sniper deliberately shooting a child) would, if true and proven, be a genuine war crime. The second statement (a child killed when a high-impact weapon hits a building) is a casualty of strikes on structures, which tells you nothing about whether the child was the target. By welding them together, the report launders the far larger category of building-strike deaths into the language of deliberate child-hunting. The word, intent by definition means intentional. Military precision strikes that kill children as a result are not intentional. They are an unintended consequence of war. That is very sad yet avoidable again because on October 6, there were no dead children in Gaza. So again, you have a bunch of terrorist organizations and NGO’s in the UN who are taking a war that has civilian casualties, including women and children because 70-75% of Gaza is made up of women and children and passing it off as a genocide. If Israel was deliberately targeting women and children, you would see a kill ratio of close to 75%. Not 50%. Furthermore, if the terrorists were actually men instead of pieces of garbage who don’t value human life, there would be no killing of women and children because actual men do not put forward women and children to die in their place, only barbarians and cowards and scum of the Earth do that like in Gaza. So you have a bunch of barbarians and a bunch of absolute Subhumans who use women and children so that they don’t die when Israel hits a building for instance, and then you have a bunch of morons in the UN launder their narratives to the West. By the way the UN hates America and are a big global organization that a lot of these fake right wing podcasters supposedly hate except when they go against Israel. So the lesson here is that if you’re a morally bankrupt person who has no critical thinking skills, you can make claims like there’s a genocide in Gaza, but if you were a person who has even an ounce of common decency and desire for truth, then when you make that statement, you should be laughed at.

Look, war is ugly.” THEO: “But is this war?” KENNEDY: “It is war.” THEO: “You think it’s war? They just had an article yesterday that came out from the UN… Here are some findings of the commission. Israel has killed 20,000 children and injured 44,000 more since October 7, 2023. Palestinian children have been arrested and subjected to torture and other severe forms of mistreatment in Israeli prisons. This is all part of… United Nations.” KENNEDY: “Well, first, I wouldn’t believe it if it came from the UN.” THEO: “Oh, really? Do you feel like they’re not reliable?” KENNEDY: “They’re not reliable. They’re not objective. And I know children got killed, and it breaks your heart. Hamas kills children, too. So does Hezbollah. So does Iran.”
