@allenholub It seems like both are doing the same thing. Whoever wrote the stories broke them up based on what they or the team thinks "small" is, which is an estimation.

Something I’ve realized being a new parent: everyone has opinions about the “right way” to do things. There’s a lot of noise and it’s overwhelming. It’s exactly the same in tech. So many tools and opinions. Find what works best for you/your team. Ignore the noise.

@margaretstorey ➡️ Developers and managers have different definitions of productivity. ➡️ Most developers think their managers value output, when they really value outcomes. ➡️ If your team has never answered "what is productivity?" before jumping to metrics, create space for that discussion.
