Should we really put our work before our health? Reading some of the negativity around this, you would assume so. Burnout is real, and stepping away when things become too much is the right thing to do. Politics is relentless, so nobody should be criticised for taking time to recover and protect their wellbeing. @RobertJenrick Needs to work on your maths 1.5 hours overtime should be minimum £19.07 an hour (time and a half) even at min wage which is £28.60 a day or £142.99 a week or £7435.35 a year
