Court Update:
Defendant 1 - Remanded in prison until their court date on the 10th July.
Defendant 2 - Remanded in prison until their court date on the 26th June.

Both charged to appear at Bristol Magistrates Court for: 2x theft of motor vehicles, TWOC, 2x driving whilst disqualified, dangerous driving, breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order, handling stolen goods, no insurance, 2x shop thefts and possession of cannabis.

Well it appears to be an attempt to evade @GMartinMSP s school seatbelt bill.

As service buses are exempt from the seatbelt requirement, If they had school buses they’d have to fit seatbelts and operators would have to supply more modern vehicles.

There are no School buses in Fife.
The knackered fleet of buses that cart our kids to school are all service buses.

In his first term, President Trump was constrained.

I’ve been lucky enough to see some of the @UKSupremeCourt in Glasgow this week - all 5 justices yesterday - followed by a fantastic talk by UKSC Justice Lady Rose this evening. A reminder to be thankful that in 2014 2 million of us voted to remain part of the UK
