DT Saint Paul is moribund compared to DT Minneapolis, which is seeing all kinds of growth, investment, and activity. Housing starts are non-existent here. Eventually a kind smile and empty platitudes wear thin, even if Mpls leftists get tingly every time they look over here.

If you are worried about food and are looking for a cheap way to make sure you have some, rice and beans make a complete protein. You can buy both rice and dried beans in bulk and they are easy to store
