Dear @KomatireddyKVR garu & @nitin_gadkari ji, @nhairohyd The progress of the Uppal Elevated Corridor is very slow. Only about 7 pillars have been completed in the last 7 months. At this speed, it may take many more years to finish. Work on the girder from the Uppal side has not even started. It is hard to believe the project can be completed by this Dasara as promised. The bankrupt contractor, Gayatri Projects (Subbi rami Reddy), should be moved out . I don’t understand why the same contractor is still continuing even after more than 4 years of delay. I don't have any hope of completion with the same contractor. Please look into this and take necessary action.

Karnataka’s first dedicated elephant overpass on NH-209 near Tataguni, developed by NHAI, is showing encouraging results. A tusker was recently recorded using the overpass, highlighting the effectiveness of this specially designed wildlife corridor. The structure enables safe movement of wildlife across the highway, reducing the risk of accidents and human–wildlife conflict. 🔸The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is set to transform highway operations and maintenance by deploying AI-powered Dashcam Analytics Services (DAS) across nearly 40,000 km of the National Highway network. This initiative leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enable data-driven, high-tech monitoring of highways and expressways. 🔸Under this system, advanced dashboard cameras installed on Route Patrol Vehicles will conduct weekly surveys, capturing high-resolution images and videos. AI/ML models will automatically detect over 30 types of defects, including potholes, cracks, and pavement damage. It will also monitor road furniture such as lane markings, crash barriers, and streetlights. 🔸The system will identify safety risks like illegal encroachments, unauthorized signboards, and parking.
