@KarlWuckert Lifelong GOP activist and voter here. Very self defeating to shrink the size of the tent when he votes w/ Trump 90% of the time. Massie is for limited government. That 10% he doesn’t is for govt expansion, trillions of borrowed covid money, and against special interests.

@JesseBWatters If this is true AND @TulsiGabbard wants a shot at 2028, she should be on TV making an issue out of this and acting presidential. She may even sway some AOC or Rand Paul voters on transparency. This could be a prime opportunity for her.

schotts - U.S. Citizen and Patriot
Authoritarian leftists have been using “it’s for the kids” to justify taking more of your money for generations. #copolitics #coleg If Colorado schools are supposedly underfunded, why has education spending climbed for decades while academic performance stagnates or declines? TABOR refunds are not “government money.” They are excess taxpayer money being returned to the people who earned it.

While you were sleeping, Democrats in the Colorado legislature passed a bill placing a measure on the November ballot asking voters to forgo their TABOR refunds to boost spending on K-12 schools, other programs for kids coloradosun.com/2026/05/12/col… #copolitics #coleg

100% Liberty Score. A rating from the NRA. Voted against every surveillance law, every war, every corporate bailout, every foreign aid package for 14+ years. And a Democrat Super PAC by the name of "united democracy project" just spent $2.5 million trying to remove him. You’re either lying or you’ve lost your mind.

@pmarca, wanna bet that 95 percent or more of your portfolio uses the same companies that make price shopping impossible (despite what their PR says) ? Here is something fun for your portcos to do 1. Run their PBM and Insurance contracts through your fave LLMs and ask "Where are they screwing me over" 2. Create an agent that takes the terms of your contracts and uses them to review the invoices the company receives, probably weekly, and list the mispricing and mis charges 3. Have them ask for ALL of their claims, and have an agent analyze the claims for mispricing and non adherance to your contracts 4. Create an agent that makes an attemp to price all the medications that your members are prescribed and determine the net price. 5. Oh, and ask the LLMs to review your broker and our consultants contracts , and also their RFP.. Just ask it if they are doing the best job they can do for you Simple stuff.. Will save you tens of millions of dollars
Mark Cuban@mcuban

He is wrong @pmarca It’s because they were priced outside the PBM/Carrier system No amount of consumer shopping will push down prices when the pharmacy has to pay their distributor retail price minus 5 pct because the big PBM/Carriers have manipulated the system. GLP1 prices are lower because the manufacturers sell directly to patients without the PBMs in the middle If you want more proof, ask how much you would pay for a brand medication, including GLP1s, under YOUR insurance plan, while in your deductible phase You would be paying retail price , using your money, as tens of millions of patients have done for years. Yet those prices have not dropped. They have gone up.

If you’re voting against Massie for a dude that uses AI to write his posts, is too scared to debate, avoids press, and gets community noted in a majority of his posts… just because Trump told you to… I just feel sorry for you. Your brain has been captured.

In 2024, the maximum individual donation per candidate was $3300. Elon Musk donated $277 million to elect Trump because of the loopholes Citizens United created for billionaires to buy elections. Elon has increased his wealth by $235 billion during Trump’s second term, and was allowed to gut the federal agencies overseeing and investigating him. Big money in politics is a direct threat to democracy and the working class.

@Wellstonecratt Less than a year ago, Vietnam merged 63 provinces and cities into 34…(28 provinces and 6 centrally-run cities) I bet that saved so much in taxes for residents. We have too many duplicative counties in the US, particularly in rural areas.

@Wellstonecratt One sided revision of history. BUT! There should be a minimum population threshold of like 100k residents per COUNTY. We have too many and not enough people to justify the cost. Some counties have like 400 people and redundant admins and taxes

It is insane that America has given a monopoly on letter delivery to a quasi-governmental agency that then uses it to flood our homes with useless garbage against our will. America would never allow FedEx, UPS, DHL, or anyone else to force this on us.

This is the ultimate midwit healthcare take. No, 32 countries have not “figured out” universal healthcare. The UK has “free” healthcare, and roughly 1 in 3 cancer patients in England still fail to start treatment within 62 days of urgent referral. Canada has “free” healthcare, and the median wait for neurosurgical treatment is around a year. Australia has “free” healthcare, and over half the country still buys private insurance despite paying for a public universal system with their taxes. Switzerland has universal coverage, because residents are required to buy private insurance. There is no government system where benevolent bureaucrats tuck you in at night with a warm blanket and an MRI appointment. The actual lesson from other wealthy countries is not “they figured it out.” America’s system has huge problems. Our prices are insane, insurance markets are distorted, and hospital systems are cartelized. Our regulations make care more expensive than it needs to be. Yet we still guarantee access to even the 8% who don’t have coverage. We give easy routes to qualify for medicaid for those with disabilities. Pretending the rest of the world solved healthcare because they slapped the word “universal” on a rationing scheme is not analysis. It is bumper sticker policy for people who think access means having a card in your wallet while you wait a year to see the doctor you need.
daz@MetamateDaz

Free Universal Healthcare is so complicated and expensive that only 32 of the 33 wealthiest countries in the world have figured it out.
