Customer service is a joke - have been trying to return since it arrived 2 weeks ago - no one answering emails any more -

@AOVO_PRO Hi guys! Please don't fall for this, they're so much less waterproof than the Xiaomi series (or any series for that matter). Our electric scooter repair centre in Dublin is flooded with them, pardon the pun - and they refuse to supply spare parts. Avoid!
