Most of the guys doing $50K–$100K/day with ecom realize that it’s not just about better ads It’s about building better systems to produce a high-output creative framework tailored to the exact ICP you’re targeting. The most successful brands aren’t guessing what their customer wants. All you have to do nowadays is feed AI context-rich customer profiles, and let the machine do the heavy lifting. Here’s how we build scalable creative systems using ICP context profiles: 1. Build the Context Profile First This is your source of truth for your target buyer. Include: → Pain points → Desired outcomes → Objections → Buyer psychology → Favorite platforms, influencers, lingo We tag all this into a Notion doc per customer segment. 2. Feed the Profile Into AI Prompt Chains We build prompt chains in ChatGPT or Jasper to do: → Generate 10+ angles based on pain, desire, outcome → Match format to platform (UGC for TikTok, 3-part hooks for YouTube, etc) → Write copy using tone/personality that mirrors the ICP’s voice Ex: “Write 5 ad scripts selling a product to a 34-year-old working mom with back pain, who scrolls TikTok at night and doesn’t trust gimmicky products.” The output? How to tell if you have a creative diversity problem? Map out all of your ads: - How many creative formats do you have? - How many creative concepts? - How many are organic vs polished? - Do you use emotional and product benefits? - Are you targeting different awareness levels? Map it out on a simple Miro board. This allows them to clearly identify missing gaps in their creative strategy.
