This is Major event for PCB industry in India. Micropack sold 60% stake for 1175 cr to a US PE. My Major Concerns- 1. Micropack is the only company in 🇮🇳 with 'mil' approval. This is now controlled by a US PE firm. 2. They do boards for ISRO/DRDO, now its owned by a US PE firm. 3. No other company in 🇮🇳, currently , can produce boards which were being made in micropack.
