If you want a masterclass on how to utterly destroy an aviation engineering legacy, look no further than @AIESL_MRO management.
Let’s look at the track record this week alone:
1️⃣ Six AMEs suspended by the DGCA at the Delhi station.
2️⃣ Severe fuel nozzle leaks detected on FOUR separate aircraft: VT-RTO, VT-CIO, VT-RTN, and VT-RTL.
3️⃣ VT-ALJ freshly rolled out of the Nagpur base and delivered back to Air India with a cabin in allegedly horrific, sub-standard condition.
How does a company let fuel leaks—one of the most basic, critical safety checks—slip through on multiple airframes? The answer is simple: management’s pathetic reliance on untrained, unskilled manpower combined with a desperate policy of recycling retired employees to do highly technical, modern maintenance work.
You cannot run a world-class MRO facility with a workforce that lacks proper, rigorous training, led by a management team that seems actively dedicated to running the company into the ground. You are compromising airworthiness, destroying client trust, and putting lives at risk. Wake up. 🚨 @airindia
