It’s disrespectful apparently when someone in the NBA gets a late basket as time expires when the game is over but it’s not disrespectful that a team can extend a game up 27 to manufacture an extra dozen possessions by fouling and creating an extra 15 points for a player 🤦‍♂️

The Lyft app vibrates nonstop when your driver is arriving, until you dismiss it. Some PM probably demonstrated that it improved pickup rates. It definitely worsens peace of mind. This was the secret sauce to Uber’s success. Empowering local teams with all the data and tools to hack their own experiments. Then scaling these learnings globally.
