@CVAnandIPS Sir, at least such officers will be weeded out from the system. These are DOPT instructions and are upheld by the Supreme court. Telangana Govt can incorporate them in State subordinate rules if not incorporated. Just an idea/suggestion Sir.

@CVAnandIPS Sir, in such a trap cases GOI is using Performance review (at the age of 50/55 yrs) instructions to prematurely retire such officers. Integrity is a criteria to retire such officers. It's a weeding out exercise not a punishment. Punismnt will be awarded on the outcome of the Case

@Luthra_Sidharth Sir,Bail jurisprudence is essentially required in India at least to offset such inordinate delays in trials&judgments othrwise it's a violation of basic human rights to keep people under trails in Jail for years together and in some cases more than half the penalty time in Prison

@IYRKRao Well said Sir. Orphan is an orphan irrespective of reason of death of parents . They under go same mental, social and economic trauma in society. Such initiatives should be extended to them too so that state can take care of all orphans equally without any discrimination.
