#Hyderabad: Commissioner of Police- suspended B.Durga Rao -Inspector Panjagutta for mishandling a case and falsely implicating another person instead of Former Bodhan MLA Shakil Aamir’s son for his involvement in a road accident in Panjagutta. What Happened? On 23rd night, a BMW car bearing No-TS 13 ET 0777 was driving with high speed in rash and negligent manner and hit to the Traffic Baricade at Opposite CM camp office staring point. Due to which the traffic barricade was completely damaged. Who was behind the wheel? Cops found that one Abdul Asif S/o Abdul Ali, age 27 Years, Occ: Car Driver from Maharastra was the accused and issued him notice. The driver came forward to even accept the offence and be punished. But was he the actual accused? What actually happened- on 23rd Dec at night hours the Ex Bodhan MLA’s son A1 was out with his friends in his BMW car bearing No-TS 13 ET 0777 - in a drunken condition. At 0342 hours the accused A1 called to A2 (driver) and said that at about 03:00 hours the accused (MLA’s son) reached Panjagutta Fly over, Near Bhima Jewellary, Panjagutta, and crashed into Traffic barricade. The intensity of the crash was so high that the middle of barricades were blown into the air. The Ex MLA son asked A2 to take another car and Immediately come to the spot. Then, with an intention of disappearance of evidence, the accused A1’s friends sent him off in another car and acted that he wasn’t present at the time of accident. They told the driver that whoever inquires about A1, say he was not the driver of the car at the time of accident and also told the accused A2 that, to act as a car driver at the time of accident, if A2 impersonation in place of A1, it will be good for A2, after listening to A1’s words, the accused A2 convinced the police that A2 was the driver of the accident car at the time of accident by giving false information respecting an offence Committed- Cop said. Cops arrested the driver A1.Sahil @ Raheel  Amir @ Baba S/o Shakil (EX MLA Bodan of Nizamabad) (Absconding)   Punjagutta Inspector is suspended for mishandling the case.
