I agree with you Sec. Rubio on one principle: what Rwanda and its proxies are doing in eastern Congo must stop immediately This is not about supporting foreign intervention in Africa. It is about respecting borders, agreements, and human life. The Congolese people deserve peace. Mothers and children should not be fleeing their homes in tears. They should not be living in fear . Accountability matters, whether it comes from Africa itself or the international community.

Rwanda's actions in eastern DRC are a clear violation of the Washington Accords signed by President Trump, and the United States will take action to ensure promises made to the President are kept.
