Today, I want to extend a deep and sincere thank you to the Carney Government for granting permission to use the Billings Estate National Historic Site in Ottawa for the November 23 Khalistan Referendum.

⭐ 23 November is the Sikh People’s Right to Self-Determination
This Referendum is the clear choice between:
“BALLOT” — the peaceful democratic path chosen by the Sikh community
versus
“BULLET” — India’s Modi Government’s transnational assassinations and kill lists attempting to stop the independence movement of Punjab.
On November 23, the Sikh community will answer violence with democracy.
Sikhs will Anwer Bullets with the Ballot.

The approval by the Carney Government is a reaffirmation of Canada’s commitment to free expression, peaceful political participation, and the democratic rights of Sikhs.
A National Historic Site being entrusted for Khalistan Referendum carries deep meaning and respect.
I also want to formally acknowledge the open communication maintained between the Carney Government and Sikhs For Justice.
Government offices have received our submissions, heard our concerns, and directed those concerns to the appropriate departments and officials.
Over recent months, SFJ has submitted detailed information regarding security threats faced by Pro-Khalistan Sikhs.
These concerns are based on public reports, statements from Canadian agencies, and official most recent reporting by Bloomberg about UK intelligence officials intercepting communications about Indian agents directed and executed the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar.
SFJ appreciates the Carney Government for recognizing these concerns and ensuring the information has moved through the proper channels.
The Khalistan Referendum is — and will remain — a peaceful, ballot-based democratic process, conducted fully within Canadian law.
The purpose is simple:
to give the Sikh community a safe and democratic way to express its political will.
By approving Billings Estate for the vote, the Carney Government has shown respect for democratic rights and confidence in the Sikh community’s peaceful participation.
On behalf of Sikhs For Justice, I again thank the Carney Government for:
• allowing the Referendum at a historic national site,
• maintaining open communication with SFJ, and
• forwarding our security concerns to the proper authorities.
On November 23, I call upon every eligible Sikh:
Come to Billings Estate.
