@blondwayfarer I use an app called Focus Lock by Flipd. When I catch myself too deep in the scroll I immediately go over there and turn it on. It removes all downloaded apps from your phone for whatever amount of time you want.

I’ve had a few chats with people who disagree with me 😳😂 With regards to what’s happening in Ottawa, they always ask me, why didn’t he just meet with them. My response: If I drove up to Parliament Hill, and demanded a meeting with the PM, would I get it? NOPE!
