In order to conduct in-depth research on the BYD Gen2 blade battery system, CaishenRoad decided to purchase a flash charging version of the BYD Equation Leopard Titanium 3 equipped with this battery.
Highlights:
1. The car has the ability to charge 10% -70% SOC in just 5 minutes and reach 97% SOC in 9 minutes.
At a low temperature of minus 30 ℃, it only takes 12 minutes to go from 20% -97% SOC.
This activity aims to verify the fast charging capability, real endurance, fast charging cooling loss, three electric system coordination, motor and electronic control technology, and battery pack technology of the battery system.
Finally, we will disassemble the Gen2 blade battery and conduct a detailed analysis of its materials and performance.

I think I need to be fired.
I've done 232 dry sauna sessions.
Last week I confirmed, for the first time (by swallowing a pill), whether the core temperature threshold that gates the primary cellular repair mechanism was actually being reached in my protocol.
The threshold is 102.2°F (39.0°C). For me, that takes 33 min at 195°F. With ice on face and neck, 38min.
My standard daily protocol was 20 minutes. That wasn’t enough time to get my core body temp to the heat shock threshold of 102.2°F (39.0°C).
Causing me to ask, did I just waste 77 hours and 20 min?
It's possible my heat threshold has increased and the heat shock protein release was happening previously, but I doubt it based upon the subjective feeling I now understand as being 102.2F (39.0°C). It’s brutal.
For these 232 sessions, I measured the temperature of the air, humidity, duration, frequency, the sweat output, blood biomarkers, vascular response, toxin clearance and fertility markers. There is no human body in history that has been more measured in sauna than mine.
Nevertheless, I did not confirm the one number that determines whether the primary mechanism was activating.
My goal wasn't to be a sauna bro. It was to saunamaxx. I was doing the former while thinking I was doing the latter.
I rest my case. I should probably be fired.

put yourself in the shoes of a customer that:
- bought Model S/X in 2022/2023 (~$140k for a Plaid), or even 3/Y at ~$60-75k
- paid an additional $15k for FSD (12 ½ years worth of subscription at current pricing)
- doesn't have access to latest FSD versions because HW3 (missed cutoff point by a few months)
- can't justify upgrading to HW4 because they’re deeply underwater on their current car
- see $15k FSD purchase option drop by nearly half, even though Tesla said it was only going to get more expensive
- see a great deal on a Cybertruck with "Free FSD Transfer for loyal customers!" advertised right below the Order button. press "Order."
- aren’t chronically online, so miss Tesla quietly changing the terms retroactively
- show up (or are about to show up) for delivery in June only to be told “sorry, we’re not honoring that”
- then went online to figure out what happened… and got hit with “stop wanting things for free!”
these customers exist, and will never buy another Tesla again.

I’m a Hungarian and deeply, deeply embarrassed and ashamed by the way our government has been approaching the war in Ukraine. While there are millions of us being just as disgusted and angry as I am, the relentless state propaganda push has succeeded in turning a lot of otherwise kind and normal people against the heroic victim of this aggression. The saddest (and most ironic) part of this from a Hungarian point of view is that Fidesz has once again returned us to our 20th century tradition of choosing the wrong and evil side of history. So fucking sad.

Budapest was invaded once by the Red Army. I would have expected a much greater feeling of solidarity from Hungary for Ukraine.
The ruling party managed to create a climate of hostility towards the victim of aggression. And now it's trying to exploit that in the general election. It's quite shocking.

Prime Ministers of Slovakia and Hungary Fico and Orban are engaged into energy blackmail of Ukraine. This plays into Putin's hands and is not in the interests of their countries and the EU. The decision made by the current leaders of Hungary and Slovakia - to continue relying on Russian oil during Russia's aggressive war - has become a strategic failure. The countries which have already refused to buy Russian oil have no problems with Druzhba pipeline being stopped. Besides, there is an alternative route to supply oil refineries in Hungary and Slovakia. Previously, Budapest and Bratislava refused to acknowledge that, claiming there were no alternatives to Druzhba pipeline. Ukraine has suggested to supply oil to Europe through Odesa-Brody pipeline. Statements about possible ceasing of energy and gas exports to Ukraine during the winter while Russia strikes Ukrainian energy systems and civilians are against basic principles of humanity and EU foundations. The only one winning from these ultimatums is Putin.
