I'm giving away the Claude Code skills we use to manage $300k/mo in ad spend at ColdIQ.
4X ROAS on $1M+ spent.
Ivan, our head of growth, built them off 300+ hours running ad campaigns for our clients. They run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads from the terminal in plain English:
→ bulk edits across platforms
→ custom audiences from CRM lists
→ creative fatigue detection before CTR dips
→ bid adjustments at scale
→ performance audits across periods
Reply "ads" and I'll send the full repo. Must be following.

Claude Cowork + Seedance 2.0 is f*cking wild 🤯
I built a skill inside Claude Cowork that generates UGC video ads on demand using Seedance 2.0, the best AI video model.
One product image + one prompt = a full UGC ad with multiple shots, dialogue, and on-brand pacing.
All inside Claude Cowork.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need UGC creative at volume without hiring creators or paying per-video SaaS fees.
If you're briefing creators every week, waiting days for footage, paying $150–$300 per UGC video, and still getting ads that miss the brand vibe...
This skill eliminates the entire loop:
→ Drop a product image into Claude Cowork
→ Tell it the ad angle (unboxing, review, lifestyle, demo)
→ Claude writes the dialogue, shot list, and pacing
→ Fires it to Seedance 2.0 via FAL AI API
→ Downloads finished clips into organized folders
→ Stitches multiple shots into one finished ad
No creator briefs.
No waiting for footage.
No $200/video platform fees.
What you get:
→ UGC video ads generated in minutes, not days
→ Full control over dialogue, pacing, and shot composition
→ Your product photos as reference so Seedance matches your real packaging
→ A reusable skill: new product, new folder, same pipeline
Built 100% in Claude Cowork with the Seedance 2.0 API.
I put together a full playbook with the Claude Cowork skill file, the exact prompts, and the FAL AI setup to get this running yourself.

I built an AI system that automates product video creation for entire e-commerce catalogs.
(Saves ~$30K per collection shoot and boosts on-site conversion rates by ~20%)
Here's what the system does under the hood:
→ Firecrawl pulls product images straight from any e-commerce collection URL
→ Calico AI turns them into realistic model videos capturing fit, texture, and movement
→ Every video starts and ends on the original product shot for seamless looping
→ Output is auto-labeled, sorted, and pushed directly to Google Drive
→ The entire pipeline runs in batch — zero manual intervention
The outcome: brands can give every single SKU a video asset, not just their bestsellers — and conversion lifts are immediate.
Static images don't cut it anymore.
Buyers want to see how a product moves before they commit.
If you want the full breakdown,

I'll send you the complete n8n workflow, every prompt, and a step-by-step walkthrough video — totally free. (Must be following so I can DM you.)
No more $30K production shoots.
No more wondering if your product pages are leaving money on the table.

Nano Banana Pro is the biggest unlock for DTC creative since Meta rolled out dynamic ads.
Most brands will scroll past this.
Don't be most brands.
I just generated 50+ campaign-ready images from ONE product photo.
No studio. No photographer. No 2-week turnaround.
(Yes, this image was made with Nano Banana Pro 👇)
This isn't about replacing your creative team.
It's about removing the bottleneck that's been killing them.
What's been strangling DTC creative teams:
✗ Burning $10k on a shoot that fatigues in 72 hours
✗ Waiting 3 weeks for "simple" lifestyle variations
✗ Needing a new shoot for every audience persona
✗ Gibberish AI text that kills your hook
✗ One aspect ratio that doesn't work anywhere else
What Nano Banana Pro actually unlocks:
✓ Upload 14 reference images → 100% product fidelity (no more warped logos)
✓ Generate infinite lifestyle shots from one SKU (virtual photoshoot)
✓ Swap models instantly for persona testing (no talent booking)
✓ Render pixel-perfect text inside the image (legible hooks, any language)
✓ Relight and reskin winning ads to fight fatigue (day to night in seconds)
✓ Outpaint to any aspect ratio without cropping your product
I wrote the playbook.
7 protocols. Real prompts. Actual use cases.
→ The "Anchor Stack" for virtual photoshoots
→ The "Mannequin Swap" for persona testing
→ The "Hook Factory" for native text ads
→ The "Science Ad" for explainer infographics
→ Asset Recycling to fight ad fatigue
→ Global Scale for instant localization
→ Format Fluidity for omnichannel distribution
This isn't prompt engineering. It's creative operations.

that 'plasticy' look you see in AI videos will instantly turn anything cool to AI slop
thanks to nano banana pro, you can now completely bypass this by using detailed keywords
here are some i've found success with:
- vellus hair
- cracked/chapped lip texture
- iris striations
- wet waterline
- capillary visibility
- subdermal vascularity
- melanin variance
to take it a step further, i made a JSON prompt that you can attach to any of your usual prompts to ensure 10/10 skin texture
reply "skin" + RT and i'll send it over

i trained chatGPT to build me custom shot lists right from my script
most people don't know which angles to use or when to cut between them, but it's the difference between looking like slop or looking like a million dollar production, and there's a science to it
i trained chatGPT on
- filmmaking advice from best directors of all time
- example shot lists from winning commercials
- 50 viral commercials from this year
you can now workshop your entire shot list with ChatGPT until it's perfect
