Been a while since I’ve gone to Super Potato in DenDen Town. Famous as it is, it’s more or less a tourist trap. I just like to walk around and see how much the stores in the area are rinsing foreign tourists. ¥43,780 for an unboxed GameBoy.

Just saw a comment that they “love that Japanese call it Mr Fuji” and am non-ironically wondering how many foreigners think the san in Fuji-san is the honorific san and not just “Mt”. It never really occurred to me before

@TheStarLi I explained this week to a student that coke isn’t juice.

Juice is defined as the natural liquid extracted from fruits and vegetables and the fluids found in meats and animal tissues I will never accept the Japanese tendency to call coke “juice” If you call coke juice, then that means coke is healthy. I love coke, but it isn’t healthy
