The Home Office’s new rules treat British dual nationals as foreigners in their own country, effectively preventing them travelling home. British citizenship must carry an unconditional right to return to the UK. The Government should allow a grace period for dual nationals to continue to travel on a second passport while their British passport is being processed. theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/f…
