That's where the bid is. A better way of putting this is: for longer dated stuff ie 1.5y+, there's simply no bid. No one sells 90% down unless it's on dogshit pump and dumps like $RIVER or $SIREN. Even $WLD did their recent otc with a 6mo lockup and 20% disc to spot.

Discount on vast majority of crypto secondaries is avg 90% It’s never been this bad and talking to secondary MMs they say the same. Usually it’s 60-70% for locked tokens w standard vesting - 1Y lock + 3-4 year vest

Last night got pretty spicy on $BASED. Someone clearly tried to slam the price below $100M FDV like 2 minutes before Polymarket expiry… but looks like way more people were positioned for >$100M 👀 Funny part - just 3 hours after expiry, the token nuked anyway (-30% in 24h) and now it’s sitting at ~$85M FDV.
