Wait. Did I get this right? both Houses of Congress passed a law banning Tiktok. The Supreme Court upheld the ban, and on the day it went up, TikTok got on the phone with Trump and he was able to undo it through the promise of Executive action, against the express text of said law? Lol. ✨The US Constitution✨ ladies and gentlemen!

@luftivend @sanderkla See on ka põhjus, mis tühistas Euroopa Kohus ja 2 korda (!) ELi ja USA vahelise andmeedastus raamleppe. Hetkel on kehtiv uus leping. Aga tuntud andmekaitse aktivist Max Schrems on andnud juba mõista, et teema jõuab peagi taas Euroopa Kohtusse. 3/
