@Uber_Support I need help. Been trying to setup for 3 hours. Have called & gone online to Uber help. Not getting anywhere. I live in GA. My 93-year old blind father lives in Texas. He does not have a smartphone & can’t use the app. I have setup an account for him & I have an account. I have the phone number he can call but I can’t get him under my “Family” nor enter his payment info anywhere. The rep I spoke with couldn’t help because she can only set up rides & I have no other options to speak with someone. She kept telling me to get his phone. I told her several times that Im in Georgia and he’s in Texas. So frustrating. He needs a ride home from the hospital where his wife is having brain surgery tomorrow! HELP
