Oh yeah, the state purposely misled CA voters about a car registration tax increase. The state was widely against it, but if you do not do you homework, you would have voted for the infrastructure improvement bill that had nothing to do with improving our infrastructure and everything to increase the state revenues to cover all the illegal alien healthcare BS we have to pay for now. Thats what he did for the state as gov.
