@ODEONHelp @ODEONCinemas Thanks Chloe but it’s not that there are no tickets it’s that it hasn’t been listed at all in central London only in places that are outer London. When you look at the list it’s missing alot of cinemas out. No tickets were issued at all for London

Tickets for Glastonbury 2025 have now Sold Out. Thanks to everyone who bought one and sorry to those who missed out, on a morning when demand was much higher than supply. There will be a resale of any cancelled or returned tickets in spring 2025.

If glasto wanted it to be better they wouldn’t alloyseetickets full monopoly. Was hoping now seetickets was taken over in June for an improvement but it’s still bad

@nonebutthee @knqst @glastonbury Admittedly people getting in despite logging after 09:00 shouldn’t have happened, but that would’ve happened in last years system even more. Ballot is the ideal solution, this method is an improvement though.

I’ve managed 16 Glastonbury’s and only missed out on 2.watched the decline in investment in seetickets. One year took 17 attempts at payment page to go through it’s shockingly bad

@knqst @Clarkey4boro @glastonbury Am at a hotel and couple on table next to me got through even though they logged on at 9:11! The system is not fair. Why not instead of random allocation just give first in line allocation? That’s much fairer as it’s not fair people who logged on late got through straight away

@seetickets @glastonbury Why is it 1- you don’t say what number in the queue you are 2- when you get through after the green bar of hell it kicks you out!!! @adamli513 Hi. It could be possible to stop more Norwich services at Stratford but we are mindful of trying to provide as fast a journey as possible between Norwich and Liverpool Street. At present we opt to stop one an hour at Stratford and the other one an hour at Chelmsford. 1/3 - Shane

@greateranglia @TheNostromo_ Some days on release day there are no advance fares at the cheap rate, takes days sometimes weeks to get rectified. Sometimes can workaround by changing outbound destination to a local one but should t have to jump through hoops to not be robbed blind for tickets

@greateranglia @TheNostromo_ I’ve asked so many times for numbers of how % advanced fares released on Lst line because sometimes none are released until I make a complaint and then suddenly more tickets become available and I’m told it’s tech glitch. Also 70% of commuters aren’t eligible for railcards

@TheNostromo_ Hi Claire. We have many cheaper fares available, such as advance tickets. Railcards are also available for discounts. Anytime returns on Norwich - London are priced as a peak fares and are therefore priced more expensive than fares on quieter trains. - Ken

@adamli513 @greateranglia They trigger my migraines so I have to wear sunglasses. The annoying thing is occasionally some of the trains dim the lights on the evening trains from Lst and it’s so much better. The old trains always had dimmed lights that were still bright but not blinding

@greateranglia Interior lighting on the Cl. 720s are blinding/harsh when dark outside, which is incredibly unpleasant. Dimmable lights which activate when trains are moving would be better. Also, why do 5 car trains leaving Stratford stop at the end of platforms instead of nearer the centre?

@DRanarr2224 @greateranglia I hope it’s Waitrose and not Greggs. Maybe something else will open up in the space that was the cocktail bar too. 2019 had finally started to feel like a nice station for the epic delays days and now it’s torture again.
