Thanks for the update, sorry about the breaks! Could you share what filament you used (brand + material) and whether you ran our print profile or your own? We designed the part for PLA and tested across a few different PLAs, so curious what you tried. Photos of the part and where it cracked would help a lot too - layer line, screw hole, etc.

Update: moved back to the default gripper. Printed the main part 3 times with different filaments, broke during assembly 2 times, and once during testing. Don't know if it is a filament issue or something structural. @norma_core_dev Will try with PETG when I get the chance..
