think this $PRIME staking to get $PROMPT token deserves more attention on X @ParallelTCG therefore sharing some napkin maths on the R/R one would be receiving through "caching" $PRIME below also thought that the $PROMPT staking to get $PRIME offers a better R/R than staking $BLUR to get $BLAST and that the market has not fully priced in this news because of a few nuances as below + details not fully fleshed out yet 1. the upfront unlocking portion upon $PROMPT TGE is still unknown 2. $PROMPT will be "vested" across 3 years which basically squeezes the ROI of "caching" while these concerns are valid; it could still be lucrative even if one does not harvest the entire portion based on the following maths 1. circulating supply of $PRIME is still standing at around 33%; and as a benchmark the % of circulating $BLUR staked is only hovering around 30% which means it would be very likely that only around 10% of the entire $PRIME token supply would be "cached" practically 2bn * 10% = 200mn; receiving 45% of a multi billion dollar AI Agent infrastructure seems immensely lucrative if anything 2. $PRIME emission would dilute the above return? the TGE of $PROMPT tokens would be very likely to be Q4 this year if i have to guess; consistent to the launch of @ParallelColony (plus or minus a few months) during this period; the emission of $PRIME mainly comes from a) @ParallelTCG studio reserve which is subject to a monthly unlocking of 912k $PRIME + b) parallel investors which is subject to a monthly unlock of 750k $PRIME and the elephant in the room would be emission of $PRIME in the gameplay pool; which the team has very recently adjusted given the influx of gamers post open beta prior to that; average gamer receive <0.1 $PRIME per ranked game; and given every gamer could only receive rewards by 5 games at max per day 0.1 $PRIME * 5 * 30 = 15 $PRIME to be made every month as a very rough ball park; but compared to the emission mentioned above the portion is relatively negligible you could argue one might make more $PRIME per day advancing through the ranks; but that requires more investment in $PRIME terms which would then be going to the sink schedule eventually creating a net sink in the system according to the above estimation; circulating supply of $PRIME would at most go up to 50% of the total token supply from 30% as of now assuming a less ideal scenario that a) circulating supply grows to 50% by end of 2024; b) 10% of $PROMPT (around one fourth of the 45% allocation) to be unlocked upon TGE the ROI of staking $PRIME to get $PROMPT is still pretty lucrative at >70%; which could be achieved within plus or minus 2 quarters 3. AI comps would continue be lift throughout the rest of the cycle AI agent comps in the market right now are a) $OLAS which is priced at >3bn; or $MORPH which is priced at >10bn in @WhalesMarket assuming AI continues to be a hot narrative these closest benchmark to $PROMPT would continue be lifted in valuation $PROMPT finding @ParallelColony as the first use case which potentially could be a category defining game could very easily justify a premium to the 2 aforementioned public market comp 4. $PRIME <> $PROMPT relationship as an extension of the above logic; valuation of $PROMPT would be continue lifted not only by public market comp but also by the valuation of $PRIME itself; and that would be driven by a) @ParallelTCG being an immensely successful game + b) asset on Parallel TCG having forward compatibility in @ParallelColony + c) colony being a category defining game conclusion: the above analysis largely sums up why i am bullish on $PRIME <> $PROMPT play if you ain't reading all that shit; i hope you're happy for me and would feel sorry for me if anything wrong happened :(
