@SkyNews I am trapped in a shared ownership property and would be grateful if Kay Burley could also mention the massive problem with leaseholds. L&Q suggested I renew my leasehold, I paid for a survey and other legal fees. They asked for £25000 for a new lease. I am retired and cant pay
