Today marks 15 years since the fatal Lakanal House fire. 6 people died including a newborn baby. If the coroners recommendations had been implemented following the inquest - Grenfell would likely never have happened. Lessons have still not been learned. towerblocksuk.com/lakanal

No rights on past works, residents paid £15k a flat in 2014-2027 for the roof issues, since 2019 paid again continuously for roof patching and repairs .. no paperwork available as they don’t have it from the old Management.. now wanting us to pay again
