@CatchTheSkies @dtupper @VSMaori Clubheads live in their own version of reality where 80 player instances are apparently normal. Even with all avatars hidden and everyone muted it sounds like fps would be low. Add vr to the mix and you’ll be stuck at like what, 20 fps with mid-high tier hardware?

@dtupper @VSMaori I don't know why you used 80 players as a reference. Given the other performance limits like 150MB textures a 12 GB GPU is only going to show 40 people at best. With 40 people you can afford each person having 150k polygons.

If they're adding an avatar performance limit setting for instances are they gonna raise the polygon count cap for poor rating? There's no reason for the limit to be as low as 70k with modern hardware.

@niboshi_vrc I tried doing it like this and it works. I would recommend using Modular Avatar Merge Armature (or similar) to join things. If you were having issues with this, something else might have gone wrong during the build process. I'd have to take a look at your avatar to tell for sure.

@nexvice @poiyomi That’s not how it works. It’s a global value set by vrc that shaders can reference. It gets synced once then counts up on its own.

As of poiyomi 10.0.3 we're now using the new VRC time data for the shader. This means that all animated shader effects are now synchronized on all clients. No more seeing things differently locally. What you see happening on your avatar is what everyone sees!

@asakana_v You put on outfits the same way you would for vrchat (like using a modular avatar prefab). However, because vrc toggles don’t work outside of vrc, your animator might be overwriting warudo and keeping the outfit disabled. If you need help feel free to ask on my discord or in DM.

Today I released v1.5.0 of my #VRChat to #Warudo exporter! This update comes with a pretty big workflow change. You no longer need to go through Warudo SDK menus or create any folders. Fill in the mod settings directly in the exporter, or save them to a reusable asset and export!

@AstralisVT I don’t see why not! But if the liltoon shaders look weird you might need to convert the materials to poiyomi with the built in converter, because poi is better supported at the moment.

@JanvandenHemel You should really watermark your videos. A big (but transparent) one in the corner usually does the trick, unless reposters blur it. Everything gets reposted all the time and there's not much you can do about it, but at least your name will on them.
