Counterexample (even in humans): Future brain transplant (or whole body transplant) technology. We already have males with female kidneys, female livers, even female hearts. So long as there's nothing *impossible* about future brain transplant technology, there's nothing impossible about males having female brain or females having male brains. So yes, even defining the terms this way, it's not impossible for a male to have a female brain. It's just something that's not happening right now given the current technologic state, at least in humans (it has been done in some animals).
