@theflexnest, a bench I ordered was delivered with a broken part (one of the bases). When I reported it, this was the response I got.
Considering the value of the item, request the brand to be a bit reasonable here.
@anjtaylor@noom The refunds just happened - no explanation from Noom yet. Not sure if they noticed the wrong charges and refunded or whether it was some automation glitch. Either way, their tendency is not to investigate it.
@notsoarjun@noom@notsoarjun thank you. I am hopeful @noom will do the right thing. It is wrong on so many levels to be charging someone for over 5 yrs after cancelling their subscription, and have proof of it not being opened since 2019, and then not refund. How did your sister get refunded?
Have never been so disappointed in a company-would like to know if others have had the same issues w/ @noom ? Husband cancelled over 5 yrs ago, showed the app had not been opened in 5 yrs and we just found out they have been charging us for 5 YEARS and won't refund even w/proof
@anjtaylor@noom But my sister got the random charges refunded so I didn’t have the patience to follow up with Noom. Their app is incredible and actually been helping me immensely. I just wish they had better customer service.
@anjtaylor@noom I had to then get in touch again and a new agent (Mery or Ruth - they used two names at two different points in the same chat so I’m not really sure) really tried understanding the issue and escalated it to their tech team. Till today, they have not investigated the problem.
