There are tons of young good looking women/men heading to Hollywood every year. What separates some is that they are willing to act on the casting couch aka sex recorded where everyone else has a mask on but the up and coming star does not, then later it's used as blackmail. Another route you can go is you sacrifice a loved one/family member, now go look back and see the tragedy surrounding a lot of the stars of the last 20-30 years. Sad but true. ✌️
