@edfenergy Been trying to get in touch with someone to help with a unit I moved into .. passed from pillar to post and now told it’s registered as a big business. Emails replied to in 15 days, what ridiculous service! And you charge to call your 0845 number!

@Nisbets 25818363 .. I’ve spoken to your customer services. The order was late as it wasn’t in stock despite being told that it was in stock. Then eventually arrives in a parcel bag and when I opened it there was glass everywhere! Basic common sense to wrap glass in bubble wrap!

Thanks @Nisbets for the late delivery of bulbs that are smashed in pieces. Glass everywhere! Perhaps pack them with protective bubble wrap next time and not just in a postal plastic bag!
