#RDC : La violence qui a commencé au #Rwanda a été exporté dans notre pays par cycles répétitifs depuis 1996 avec la complicité d’une succession de supplétifs. Ceux qui se présentent en victimes aujourd’hui sont fort malheureusement devenus des bourreaux en perpétuant cette culture de violence. Le génocide d’hier s’est transformé aujourd’hui en #RDC en plusieurs formes, massacres, crimes de guerre, crimes contre l’humanité etc ... Il s’est déroulé en plusieurs endroits sous le fallacieux prétexte de combattre les FDLR ou une idéologie génocidaire. Et pourtant une idéologie ne se combat pas par les armes. Les familles du Président Juvénal Habyarimana et du Président burundais Cyprien Ntaryamira, morts dans l’attentat contre leur avion sont aussi des victimes de l’acte qui a précédé le génocide. Justice doit être faite pour eux aussi. Son fils @JLHaby n’est pas un chef de guerre contrairement aux congolais « kagamisés » que #Kigali soutient activement et sans gêne dans la déstabilisation de notre pays. Ce n’est pas en choisissant d’instaurer un régime de terreur, de répression, d’oppression contre toutes les voix dissidentes qu’on peut réussir l’objectif de la réconciliation. Ce n’est pas en semant la violence qu’on peut penser récolter la paix. Le Président rwandais devrait changer de logiciel. Pourquoi s’agite-t-il lorsque des amis rwandais qui parlent de paix et qui souhaitent d’excellents rapports entre nos deux pays séjournent à #Kinshasa ! The United States is sanctioning the Rwandan Defense Force (RDF) and four senior RDF officials for supporting M23 and perpetuating the conflict in eastern DRC in violation of the Washington Accords. The United States is resolved to uphold the Washington Accords and ensure all parties deliver on the promises of this historic agreement.
