@nuclearzak NOPE. PG&E will raise the rate based on the unnecessary cooling tower cost, causing the anti-nukes to say, "see, nuclear power is more expensive." Coastal Comm will botch about the view. The anti-nukes will complain about the cooling towers not being installed years ago.

ALARA requires operators to keep radiation *exposure* to all people "As Low As Reasonably Achievable." That's any exposure. Even exposures well below the legal limits.

This time, by claiming that THEY are the ones taking the “worst of the worst” off Minnesota streets.
When the truth is…
Minnesota Department of Corrections are handing over the “worst of the worst” to ICE.
“DOC quickly identified 68 cases in which individuals were lawfully transferred from Minnesota Department of Corrections custody directly to ICE, only for DHS officials to falsely claim these same individuals were “arrested” by waves of federal agents deployed into Minnesota communities.”
DHS is not protecting communities or enforcing the law.
They’re terrorizing children, families, and legal residents, violating constitutional rights, and trafficking people.
This isn’t just propaganda.
It’s an abuse of power used to justify a violent government takeover targeting POC.
DHS calls it “removing criminals.” We call it human trafficking and constitutional violations.

BREAKING: A video has leaked from an immigration detention center believed to be at 31 Hopkins Plaza, in Baltimore Maryland where legal immigrants are not even allowed to bath for over 10 days.
The person speaking Spanish is saying the following:
