Things I'm interested in today (06.30.2025): - Grindcoin launch. Will be a good stress test of the g8keep mechanics, and I will always be a Pons supporter - Robinhood announcement. My guess is it's their own permissioned chain for tokenized stocks (and possibly perps? i dont think the world is ready for those yet) built on top of Arbitrum. Would explain a lot of the recent price action, and let's be real there's no chance they'd pick anything other than Ethereum - it's the world's settlement layer. - Kaito _______ Launch. My guess is it's their capital allocation platform (aka ICOs but with weightings and access based on data-driven influence)...imo getting access to those deals will be some of the highest upside we've seen in a while. - HyperEVM. Let it run. When the base asset cooks hard, everything on top of it benefits. We saw crazy wealth generated on top of Solana when it ran from $10 to $200...HYPE will be a similar (if not larger) phenomenon. ________________________________ If you followed me back in the Blast days, you know I put something like this out pretty much every day...think we might go back to those roots if people are interested. Gives me a reason to share broadly the things I'm looking at, and should (hopefully) be a nice departure from some of the very mid incentivized content that floods your timeline

Here's a story I've told before, but it makes more sense than ever today: my EVMaverick #392 is priceless. It's more than a JPEG—it changed the course of my life, for the better. Four years ago, I wouldn't have known how to explain the difference between Bitcoin and Ethereum. I was following it from afar, not understanding that a new economy was being born before my eyes. While looking to learn more, I discovered the subreddit r/EthFinance. I couldn't believe my eyes: the level of discussion there was incredibly high. I was far from the Wild West that most crypto communities are. People there were knowledgable and welcoming. They weren't talking about the price 24/7 : they had a true vision about the future and the potential of Ethereum. So. I spent several months consuming a lot (too much) of documentation. I read all 89 pages of SquishChaos thesis ('member him?). I've asked questions. I read the EF documents. I wanted to understand how the machine worked under the hood. Since then, I also learned about blobs, Pectra, the Beacon Chain, the Beam Chain, how clients work, what are EIPs, why we need decentralized LST projects such as RocketPool, why privacy is important, etc. Learning about all of this has been the most challenging intellectual adventure of my life. And I owe it to r/EthFinance. Eventually, I progressed far enough in my learning to feel comfortable answering questions from newcomers myself. Then, in the summer of 2022, I moved from being a lurker of r/EthFinance to an active member of the community. I don't claim to have been a significant member - I'm still a rookie, this is only my second cycle! But I tried to use my newfound knowledge to guide those who were starting down the same path. And I've tried to do so in a way that respects the ethos of Ethereum and r/EthFinance: respect, openness and long-term thinking. So you can understand that for me, EVMaverick #392 is much more than a really cool lion JPEG. It's a badge in honor of my intellectual curiosity, my learning efforts, and how far I've come. I didn't buy this NFT: I earned it. And that's honestly one of the best feeling in the world. My lion has never been put up for sale, and it never will be. Its emotional value is impossible to grasp for outsiders, but for a few hundred people on Earth, it represents an impressive achievement. And it’s one of the things I’m most proud of in my life.

Some interesting lore about the @EVMavericks : did you know that some lions, including mine, have a glitch? Check out my glitched #392 on the left, compared to a non-glitched one on the right. The tip of the cigar is unlit, even though it’s supposed to be lit! This happened because the lions were created by layering images on top of each other using the Autominter NFT creation tool (which no longer exists—RIP my 32,000 tokens). In some cases, background elements ended up overlapping the accessories. I think it actually gives my lion even more attitude. He’s not smoking a cigar; he just finished one and is keeping the roach because it gives him that badass look! I think it makes it even more unique. What do you think?
