@joelgascoigne @holgermu Agreed, customer service professionals should have the same opportunity as other team members to disconnect over the Holidays. Saying that we can do a better job sharing our response times and setting clearer expectations for our customers! This week our response time is 1.7h 😊

Hey @joelgascoigne -MyPOV - #companyshutdowns are nice for employee wellbeing, but with that message -what does it tell me as a customer? The fair thing would to lower my subscription by x% for less service. It goes both ways, unilateral actions do not creating customer value.

@mercenator @joelgascoigne @jeancarl Everyone on the CS team works a 4-day block & has the same days off every week to make sure we have the same ability to disengage and recharge! Being customer-facing doesn't mean we can't participate in company initiatives like these, it just means we need to plan a bit more.
