CSIS new numbers (including new deliveries) claim the U.S. used around 150 Patriot PAC-3 interceptors & added THAAD interceptors to their inventory between April 26 & July 27.

Well, let's count together with data available & logic: $3.9M each PAC-3 (2000+ fired = $8 billion) $15.5M each THAAD (300+ fired = $4.6 Billion) $28.7M each SM-3 (300+ fired = $8.6 million) $2.6M each JASSM (2000+ fired = $5 Billion) $2.6M each Tomahawk (1500+ fired = $4 Billion) $5.3M each SM-6 (500+ fired = $2.6 Billion) It's already $32.2 Billion. Add other air to air missiles, stand off weapons, aircraft losses, costly radars losses, other equipment... Real cost might be somewhere around $100 Billion, and dangerously depleted missile stockpiles. (📸 April 2026 number to make an estimate)

Iran used to make around 2,500 to 3,500 missiles a year. I figure that at least 500 to 600 of those are Kheibar Shekans produced every year.

I estimate that they had about 2,000–2,200 Kheibar Shekan before the 12-day war, and today, after the conflict with the U.S., I calculate that they have at most 1,700. Less than one-third of them have been upgraded to BeiDou.
It is a missile whose manufacturing only began a few years ago.

The Chinese are going to have to crawl through glass to reach parity with the western semiconductor supply chain. The only reason they have a chance at all in doing this is because the Chinese domestic market cannot buy TSMC chips.
