12/17/25 ❗️"Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" is a poem by Robert Frost, written in 1922, which I have long adored to help fuel Quiet, Lonely, Humble Perseverance to better serve God. ❗️Going into surgery is always attendant with not waking up, and embracing Death. So, again today, I🇺🇸dealt with life itself, as one’s report card, and so recalled pre-surgery the great American Poet cherished by Pres. JFK (@JFKLibraryFdn): our national Treasure, Robert Frost, to re-affirm the reason why I wanted, nay needed, to wake up post-op, as Frost so effortlessly stated in ❗️"Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" is a poem by Robert Frost, written in 1922: “Whose woods these are I think I know. His house is in the village though; He will not see me stopping here To watch his woods fill up with snow. My little horse must think it queer To stop without a farmhouse near Between the woods and frozen lake The darkest evening of the year. He gives his harness bells a shake To ask if there is some mistake. The only other sound's the sweep Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep.” ❗️And, yes, I have promises to keep: Justice, Justice you shall pursue. Torah, Deuteronomy 16:20. And, hence, miles to go before I sleep. Waking up post-op, is a Divine grant of continued life by God Himself. So, I recommit to my family, my nation, and to God to pursue Justice as an instrument of God: to protect the innocent, bring the Guilty to Justice, while meting out Mercy as earned. ❗️So, my deep thanks to Dr. Alexis Te (@MountSinaiNYC part of dear @AshTewariMD group @UrologyTimes), who invented and performed #AquaAblation, and to whom I give thanks, along with my family, @RanjuBatra and our precious kids, and the folks I protect by getting them a full measure of justice from the noble justice system (whom @POTUS George Washington created by appointing first as @TheJusticeDept, as “true administration of justice is the firmest pillar of Govt”), plus give our heartfelt condolences and hugs for the recent loss of Alexis’ dear and great mother, Dr. Luz Te, MD. ❗️She was a special obstetrician gynecologist who served the under-served community in Brooklyn, NY, and recently passed away (after 65 years of medical service) with dear eldest son Alexis by her side. ❗️My surgeon Alexis Te is a medical hero all patients are lucky to have, and he has my eternal thanks and friendship. 🇺🇸❤️💪
