@FNBSA What a pathetic bank and bunch of incompetent staff members. The Estate I live in requires their funds and access to the bank account, and our request is simply avoided!! @obssa_ please help me here. I have all my email and correspondence. We were defrauded by R1.4m.

Laid a complaint with @obssa_, was actually optimistic that it’ll get somewhere. The 15 day window period has passed, I haven’t heard from the bank. Followed up with the person assigned to my case on Wednesday via email, still nothing. Called today was told he’s knocked off 😮‍💨

@obssa_ good day, how do I open a fraud case between two banks @FNBSA @StandardBankZA is working in cahoots with scammers, money was moved from Standard Bank to FNB, and standard says FNB is not able to freeze the account. please assist.
