Trust me you’ll find it’s easy once you get into it

@flaquaticfan @PlaybookCollect Get rotisserie chickens from Costco, shred em up, make stock, turn into assorted chicken soups and freeze. Soups without dairy freeze v well.
Not saying have em every day but I’ll make a huge pot of chicken tortilla etc often and freeze it

Okay not to stir the pot even more but in law school I was on the egg (when eggs were cheap), soup, and sandwich diet because it fit my budget and that diet gave me kidney stones and a $500 hospital bill 💀

It's easier to find a salad in the US than it is in the UK... I wish I was joking but salads are standard in most US restaurants including McDonald's. In the UK it's rare to find a salad of any kind in a pub or restaurant.
