Not an inspiring story. Why this is a news ? Secondly I have doubts if he will do good things for the State. There is a reason. In his first attempt he cleared and he join OPS as a DSP, now he is leaving that position. What about the tax payer money spend on training ? Again unnecessarily vacancy. There should be some restrictions for such.

Gajapati Prataprudra Deva also faced a similar situation as well. Bengal sultan used to persecute the Hindus there and some Hindus even fled to Odisha. There was a call for invasion of Bengal to save the Hindus . Gajapati had previously invaded Bengal successfully too. Talking about that episode he mentions the Gauda king hid like a mean Savara seeing his army. But this time as per some belief Sri Chaitanya persuaded him not to invade Bengal. Gajapati was already being attacked from south by Vijayanagar forces and he was not in a position to give any decisive blow to Hussain Shah of Bengal considering 2 front war. So it might have boomeranged and Hindus might have faced more persecution there. Therefore, Prataprudra decided to have a defensive posture only and didn’t invade. He was facing the most powerful ruler of Bengal Sultanate's history from the north and the most powerful ruler of Vijayanagar i.e., Krishna Deva Raya at the same time from south. Added to that due to recent fall of Jaunpur there was a treaty between Hussain Shah and Lodhis of Delhi which resulted in no real enemy of Hussain Shah other than Prataprudra. Similarly the Bahmani Sultanate had disintegrated by that time resulting in relatively less pressure on Krishna Deva Raya.

Foreigners are not interested in investing in India, Indians are not interested in investing in India. The investment climate in India is very bad, and that is what has gone wrong. On the other side, you've got the political climate. So I think what is happening is that the government is in a great comfort zone because it is winning all the elections. So it does not see any urgency or need to do reforms, especially on the growth side.
