Too many doomsday posts about package price increases from China to US Ship to a 3PL in bulk Savings will be astronomical Just don’t get fooled by their costs because lots of storage fees

@glepkoff127 What’s your advice on vetting reliable 3PL suppliers from China who can offer competitive incentives with ongoing tariff concerns?

Your 3PL won’t save you if the calendar won’t. Sometimes, the fastest way to keep revenue flowing is to ship direct from China. Flexibility in fulfillment is a Q4 superpower. Waiting for domestic warehouses can mean missing critical holiday deadlines and losing customers. I remember a mid-sized skincare brand that faced unexpected delays at their US 3PL during early December. Instead of pausing their campaigns, they switched key SKUs to direct-from-China shipping. They updated transit times on the website and held back a small US warehouse reserve for last-minute gift orders. Sales kept rolling. Customer complaints stayed near zero. It’s like having a backup lane on a clogged highway. You don’t abandon the main road. You create an alternative that keeps traffic moving. Picture this: Your best-sellers continue to land in time for holiday gifting. Ads run uninterrupted. Margin erosion is minimized. Competitors miss deadlines, and you capture market share while staying calm. A flexible fulfillment model can protect your late-season revenue, even when domestic supply chains falter. Always maintain a small domestic reserve. It’s insurance for last-minute orders without committing full inventory early. When the calendar is against you, flexibility isn’t optional. It’s a competitive edge.

Final samples coming in about a week, After around 2 months of r&d, Enjoyed every second of it, a lot easier since I’m in the niche myself. Basically just making a product I would buy and think is cool. Deciding to ship from china 3pl to start with, test ordered it and around 5-6 days to uk and im told 6-8 to USA. Plus we can leverage our organic traffic we already have for a boost at the start, cos organic sales are worldwide. Focused on making the best customer experience possible, a lot of our competitors send their orders in bags, which are cheaper to ship. I think the box will be good for initial reviews even if shipping cost is slightly more. Plus I think looks cool asf. Maybe switch to bags down the line. But our margins are enough and can’t go wrong with better experience. Was lowkey disappointed as a customer when I order from competitors and it arrives in a plastic bag from china, and they show a fancy package in content. But it does saves costs. With proof of concept, Facebook ad friendly margins, and organic traffic and creators already there, I look forward to hitting big numbers with the brand and thank god for the opportunity. Inshallah

Listicle landing pages still print money for the biggest Shopify brands. If you’re an ecom founder and you’re not testing them, you’re mising big. I grabbed 55 of the highest-converting listicle landers running on Meta RIGHT NOW. Framed, sliced, and labeled in a FREE Figma file. Supplements. Skincare. Apparel. Pets. And more. All ready to swipe. Want it? 1. Like this 2. Comment “listicle” below 3. Follow so I can DM the link.

If you fucking hate Trustpilot and own a brand, dm me. Some Workspace6 members figured out a compliant way to fuck them over + maintain a solid standing in case people search you. Pretty easy
Rob Fraser@robbfraser

Hey @Trustpilot — this review is clearly not based on a genuine customer experience. It’s riddled with false claims and attacks that cross the line from feedback into defamation. When a platform claiming to stand for trust allows baseless, damaging reviews to remain unchecked, it undermines the credibility of every business listed — and of Trustpilot itself. Trust is in your name. It’s time to live up to it.

Advertorials are absolutely CRUSHING in the space.... In 2025, you can’t afford to ignore them. We've often seen advertorials outperform landing pages by huge differences... So, I made a swipe file compiling 30+ Advertorials you can (copy + paste) on your store. Best part? It's 100% editable figma file. To get it, like + comment "Me", and I'll send it to you.

We're used to legacy media, organic seo, etc. Moving away from it. New to high churn paid ads, tiktok ugc, etc. Hired agencies off X, they sucked, learning solo now. Best communities/mentors to learn 'dropship' style tactics? Discord, tele, etc. Focus on FB/GA media buying, creative strategy, offer creation. No TT shop, no BH, no clothing drop stores. cc: @lucawashenko @mattepstein @tuncscalingads @JimmyFarley00 @AnthonyEclipse @aliecompro @Lucaecom @chircles

Apologies, late reply - dealing with cali fire ripple-effects. Had a successful 1 sku campaign at 2.5+ roas on max cvr all broad match, $60 AOV (I know). Agency came in to scale. Unskilled AM added account-level negatives, caught one of our profitable words, we didn't see it. Killed roas. Fired AM, brought new one in. Separated TOF/MOF (MOF was sku keywords), added 2 diff bidding strats for TOF, added 2 Pmax (shopping never worked). MOF flopped (previously highest converting keywords). Every time we tweak troas/budget, unable to scale, cpa hits a ceiling. Tested offers, angles, etc, no luck. FB too many issues. Experienced aff team came into same sku and dominated with uber-high cpc's, further screwed bottom line. We own a holdco, focusing smaller brand, never had so much trouble with one. Looking to convert inventory to cash and launch new custom SKU. Ideally looking for a good site/community/resource to get good 1-on-1 account-specific help to do it ourselves (too burned by agencies) but seems hard to find.

"The Founders ETF" I analyzed every publicly traded company covered by David Senra (@FoundersPodcast) on Founders. If you put $100 into every stock on the day its episode came out (as opposed to the S&P500), you'd: - Beat the S&P500 by 74.3% - Be up 149.6% since Founders first aired in Sep. 2016 - Have invested $12,500 and have made $31,203.77

@SAMHABIBI_ is another scammer on Twitter. I paid $50 for a scheduled consulting call. He cancels the first one without notice and doesn’t show up for the second call. Absolute scam, no respect for people's time and money.
