Chloe saved her Christmas money to order a guitar she had her heart set on.🎸 Because of tariff delays, it ended up on backorder and there was some confusion with the manufacturer. Disappointing for a brand new musician who was counting the days. But Sweetwater stepped up in a big way. Even though the issue wasn’t theirs, they made it right. They upgraded her to a better guitar and shipped it overnight the second one became available. It arrived safely. It’s beautiful. And she absolutely LOVES it. When you’re just starting out, that kind of customer care matters more than people realize. It turns frustration into excitement and shows a young musician that someone values her dream.
