@Pivot2Centre There were two factor of BJP win 1. Jats started showing arrogance and starting saying that we will see you now.. our time is here.. This led to reverse consolidation 2. People were and are still angry with local BJP government and vote was purely for Namo.

Indian politics had looked very different if BJP had lost Haryana. The momentum would have been with INDI alliance and they would have probably run thru MH as well. The fact that BJP was losing HR in first 2hrs and then winning it big just shifted the momentum that is still carrying on. It is like nothing can come to defeat BJP! That was the state where dominant caste plus veto vote was humbled by proper consolidation against it! Paranaam everyone who voted for BJP when the default state of mind was Congress at 50+ seats!

I was speaking with a college friend and noticed how our conversations have changed over time. We moved from talking about girls to marriage and then to kids. Soon, we discussed their schooling and our parents' health. Then came the college years for our children. Now, we advise each other on the best doctors and share desi ilaaj. The subjects change, but communication should remain.

Stop trying to hit 10,000 steps. A new study just published in The Lancet Public Health reveals the "Sweet Spot" for longevity. It is not 10k. It is 7,000. If you are currently stuck at 2,000 steps, hitting 7,000 changes everything. ▶️Here is the breakdown of what happens to your body: 1. The "Half-Life" of Early Death The most shocking finding? Moving from 2k to 7k steps cuts your risk of Early Death and Heart Disease Death by a staggering 47%. You are essentially cutting your mortality risk in half just by adding a 45-minute walk to your day. 2. The Brain Shield Physical activity is not just for your muscles; it is for your mind. 🔸Dementia Risk: Reduced by 38% 🔸Depressive Symptoms: Reduced by 22% Consistency at the 7,000-step mark is one of the most effective "medicines" for cognitive health we have. 3. Disease Prevention The data shows a massive drop-off in chronic illness risk: 🔸Type 2 Diabetes: -14% 🔸New Heart Disease Cases: -25% 🔸Cancer Death: -37% 4. Why 7,000 steps? 🔸The study found that the "Risk Reduction Curve" is steepest between 2,000 and 7,000 steps. 🔸After 7,000, you still get benefits, but the "return on investment" begins to level off. For the average person, 7,000 is the ultimate efficiency point for health. ✅The Bottom Line: You don't need to be a marathon runner. You don't even need the "magical" 10,000 steps. You just need to get off the couch. 2,000 steps = Danger Zone 7,000 steps = The Sweet Spot ❓Which camp are you in right now? 1. Below 5k 2. Hitting the 7k Sweet Spot 3. Pushing 10k+ Drop your daily average in the replies below!

Who the hell goes to West/North/East Delhi to eat? I mean ewwww - why? I mean why would any civilised person even go there - period? Least of all to eat? They’re all brutish dystopian hellholes - and the food is cooked in harvested armpit sweat.

Once an introvert leaves, they leave forever. Do they miss you? Listen. The way they've mastered detachment is scary. They go total monk mode on you. Cold. Silent. Absolutely stoic. Trust me, they can act like they never knew you. Like ever.

@BheeshmPitamah Absolutely!! Very poor governance. Biggest problem is stray dogs, traffic mismanagement and water logging... especially in Faridabad

@HimjaParekh 💯 After self realisation, materialistic things don't matter at all. Still continue to work hard because of the insecurities built up over the years.

The reason is v simple. A person after undergoing great suffering.. becomes v grateful for what he has. There is no ego. Only kindness and compassion.

This is Matrix movie star Keanu Reeves. He was abandoned by his father at the age of 3 and grew up with 3 different stepfathers. He is dyslexic. His dream of becoming a hockey player was shattered by a serious accident. His daughter died at birth. His wife died in a car accident. His best friend, River Phoenix, died of an overdose. His sister battled leukemia. No bodyguards, no luxury houses. Keanu lives in an ordinary apartment and likes wandering around town and often seen riding a subway in NYC. When he was filming the movie "The Lake House," he overheard the conversation of two costume assistants, one crying as he would lose his house if he did not pay $20,000 - On the same day, Keanu deposited the necessary amount in his bank account. In his career, he has donated large sums to hospitals including $75 million of his earnings from “The Matrix” to charities. In 2010, on his birthday, Keanu walked into a bakery & bought a brioche with a single candle, ate it in front of the bakery, and offered coffee to people who stopped to talk to him. In 1997, some paparazzi found him walking one morning in the company of a homeless man in Los Angeles, listening to him and sharing his life for a few hours. In life, sometimes the ones most broken from inside are the ones most willing to help others. This man could buy everything, and instead, every day he gets up and chooses one thing that cannot be bought: To be a caring person. Simple Acts of Kindness

@TrulyMonica Absolutely agree. Most middle class families have already moved towards one kid policy. Secondly population figures are inflated. People working outside hometown are generally counted twice.

India has the largest population in the world. But should we have a population control law? Big No. India’s fertility rate is already below replacement level. If we get PCL, we will become a country of only old people in next two decades 🤡
