@oiclinsurance is offering such a poor claim service that i am very much annoyed at their services. After repeatative follow up they still have not paid my claims. And now then the person in regional office is not recieving my phone call. @oicl_csd kindly resolve my matter.

@policybazaar @oiclinsurance Such a pathetic & worst service provider. They sell you insurance on false commitment. Once you submit a claim, they will put n number of clauses to deduct your money. I have submitted my Car for cashless repair. Now, they are denied to pay to ASP

@oicl_csd I have not received my health card for the renewal done during the first week of January 2022. No action whatsoever either the insurance company nor the TPA has done in this regard. I am sending mail to them but in vain. Horrible condition of firm.
